The platform does not authenticate or guarantee User-submitted information. It is your responsibility to perform necessary checks and due diligence before engaging with other Users, such as job seekers, employers, or recruitment agencies. You assume full responsibility and all risks associated with these interactions. Any disputes must be resolved directly with the User involved. By agreeing to these Terms, you release and hold harmless Elevate Origin, including its affiliates, employees, directors, and agents, from all claims or liabilities direct, indirect, consequential, known, unknown, suspected, or unsuspected to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Sharing User Content and Related Information
